How do your sizes run?+
Our hoodies and sweatshirts are cut oversized; if you prefer a regular fit, size down. Tees are box-cut. Every product page has a detailed size guide.
How long will my order take?+
Every piece is made to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Please allow 7–10 working days from payment for us to print, finish and deliver your order within the UK. International orders take 7–10 working days plus transit time. We email you as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.
What is your returns policy?+
Because everything is made to order, we can't offer free returns, but your consumer rights are fully protected. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item unworn, unwashed and in saleable condition within 28 days for a refund or like-for-like exchange. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. Personalised or customised pieces can't be returned.
Where is your clothing made?+
Our cotton pieces are made by a small family factory in northern Portugal. Our knitwear is milled in Hawick, Scotland. All trims and threads are sourced in Europe, and everything is created in the UK.
Are your materials sustainable?+
We use GOTS-certified organic cotton, undyed where possible, plus recycled polyester linings. We don't claim to be perfect, but where possible we will use sustainable sources.
Do you hold stock?+
No, every order is made to order in small runs, which keeps waste down and means colours and designs stay available rather than selling out. It also means we ask for 7–10 working days before your order lands.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Email studio@flathorizons.co.uk as soon as possible. Because items are made to order, we can usually amend or cancel before production starts, normally within 24 hours of ordering. After that we can't change the order, but you still have your 14-day right to cancel once it arrives (except for customised pieces).
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes, we ship worldwide. Made-to-order production takes 7–10 working days, with international transit on top. Duties and taxes on orders outside the UK are the responsibility of the buyer.
