1. About these terms
By accessing flathorizons.co.uk or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
2. Orders & contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we email you an order confirmation, at which point a contract is formed under English law and your item enters our made-to-order production queue.
3. Pricing
Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. UK delivery is £5.95, and free on orders over £75. International shipping is quoted at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before production begins.
4. Payment
Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
5. Made to order & delivery
Every item is made to order. Please allow 7–10 working days from payment for production and UK delivery; international orders take 7–10 working days plus transit time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees we'll email you as soon as your order leaves the studio.
6. Returns
As all items are made to order, returns are not free. Tell us within 14 days of receipt and return unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 28 days for a refund or like-for-like exchange; return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. Customised and sale items are excluded, which does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Faulty goods
If anything arrives damaged we'll repair, replace or refund.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
